Valid for 2 persons visiting on the same day. Includes: >> Herbal teas and smoothies >> Access to the food bar, with healthy soups, salads, and congee >> Full access to the villa's facilities Latest check-in time: 5pm After the initial check-in, visitors may leave the villa and return within the same day, as long as it's before 7pm. Limited to 4 Passes per day, to avoid overcrowding. Pass holders may NOT bring extra guests who are not Pass holders. CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY Change of date is allowed: >> at no extra cost if done by latest 10am CST, 2 days before the chosen date. >> with a surcharge of MXN 250 if done later than 10am CST, 2 days before the chosen date Cancellation is possible: >> with full refund, if done by latest 10am CST, 2 days before the chosen date >> with 50% refund, if done by latest 10am CST, 1 day before the chosen date >> with no refund, if done later than 10am CST, 1 day before the chosen date No-shows will be charged the full amount.
